Bowls are produced in Alpiarça (Portugal) and shipped by refrigerated transport at -18 °C. Indicative transit to the UK: 3–6 working days depending on formalities, region and volume. Standard palletisation: 24 units per case, 1,056 units per EU pallet, 33 pallets per full truckload.

Customs: what changes outside the EU

Within the EU our bowls travel duty-free with no formalities. For the UK, export documentation and import procedures apply. We prepare the documentation on our side and work with your importer or customs agent — with lead times and costs stated clearly before you order.
