How do I prepare a ZAYAMA™ bowl?
Take the bowl out of the freezer and let it rest for about 30 minutes at room temperature. Then pour on the sauce stick (depending on the recipe), stir if you like — and it is ready. No utensils, no preparation.
Can I defrost the bowl in the microwave?
Yes, in short bursts at low power — without the peanut butter stick: always remove it before the bowl goes into the microwave. Keep an eye on the texture — the sorbet should stay icy, not melted.
How long does a bowl keep?
Stored at -18 °C, a ZAYAMA™ bowl keeps until the date printed on the packaging. Once defrosted, it should be enjoyed immediately and cannot be kept.
Can a defrosted bowl be refrozen?
No. Like any frozen product, a defrosted bowl must never be refrozen, for food-safety and quality reasons.
Which allergens do ZAYAMA™ bowls contain?
Depending on the recipe: peanuts (peanut butter stick), tree nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, coconut), gluten and oats (granola, kadayif). The complete list of ingredients and allergens appears on every pack — always refer to the product label.
What size are the bowls?
The whole range shares a single format: 12 oz — 380 g — in an individual cup with a lid. Calibrated for vending machines, wholesale, the frozen aisle and food service.
Where are ZAYAMA™ bowls made?
ZAYAMA™ bowls are crafted in Portugal, with açaí from Brazilian berries. The -18 °C cold chain is controlled from production all the way to delivery.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for professionals?
The minimum volume depends on the channel — vending machines, wholesale, retail or food service — and on your delivery area. Contact us through the partner form: we will build a proposal that fits your situation.
Do you offer smart fridges or vending machines?
Yes. ZAYAMA™ is deployed in particular through self-service smart fridges (gyms, campuses, offices). We support vending operators with placement, restocking and telemetry. Tell us about your machine network through the distribution page.
In which countries is ZAYAMA™ available?
ZAYAMA™ is rolling out first in Switzerland (vending machines, wholesale, retail, food service), with European expansion in preparation. Distributors outside Switzerland: get in touch — EU partnerships are open.
